1- Goto the cPanel login page at www.your-domain.com/cpanel.

2- At the bottom of the page, find the option to Password Reset.

3- Supply your user name and press Reset.

You'll then get a page asking for a Confirmation Code. You'll receive this code at the contact email on file. Once you get it, just copy/paste it in the designated field, and press Go.

I can receive emails, but I can't send.

First, change the outgoing server:

1- On the Tools menu, click Email Accounts.

2- Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, click Next.

3- Select your email account, click Change...

4- Click More Settings...

Second, change the outgoing port number:

1- Click the Outgoing Server tab.

2- Click the Advanced tab.In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) field, put 465 with SSL , instead of 25.

3- Leave Massage on the server and remove it after 10 days.

I created an email account in cPanel, how do I import it into Outlook?

First, create a new account in Outlook:

1- On the Tools menu, click Email Accounts.

2- Select Add a new e-mail account, click Next.

3- Select POP3, click Next...

4- Fill in these settings:

Username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (the full email)Password: ****
Incoming mail sever: mail.your-domain.com
Outgoing mail sever: mail.your-domain.com

Second, change the outgoing server settings:

1- Click the Advanced tab.

2- In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) field, put 465 with SSL , instead of 25.

 

Configure Outlook to delete emails from the server.

1- On the Tools menu, click Email Accounts…

2- Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, click Next.

3- Select your email account, click Change...

4- Click More Settings...

5- Click the Advanced tab.

To delete messages from the server after downloading:

1- Under Delivery, uncheck the option Leave a copy of messages on server.

On the next Send/Receive, Outlook will delete messages according to your settings.

To keep copies of the messages on the server for a number of days:

1- Check the option Leave a copy of messages on server.

2- Check the option Remove from server after 00 days.

3- Enter the number of days you wish to keep the copies.

On the next Send/Receive, Outlook will delete messages according to your settings.

Make sure the user name is the full email address, e.g. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

To make sure you're supplying the correct user name and password, use them to login to webmail.

1- Point your browser to: www.domain.com/webmail

2- In the user name field supply the full email address, e.g.: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

3- Supply the password you provided when you created that account.
